Big Foot. Why haven't we found a lot of dead dogs around these sighting locations? Big foot smells bad, real bad. Why isn't every loose dog on the island chasing them down? The locations of sightings are usually in places with coastal exposure. It stands to reason that dogs would have chased any bigfoots to the waters edge. So to catch big foot, just turn loose a bunch of dogs with tracking collars. Isn't it odd that there are many reports of giant skeletons being found under mounds all across the US? In particular Ohio. Maybe they were bigfoots bones. The orange eyes is interesting because there was a story in the Toronto Star back in the 70's about a guy who run into a creature in the sewer while chasing a cat. The critter had orange eyes. If big foot exists he lives underground. The island is loaded with them.

I also have seen UFO's in Bulkley Valley.
In 1959, I watched a UFO for about 4 minutes as it flew over Smithers to the Hudson Bay Glacier.
It hovered there for about 10 seconds, they flew back east to where I first saw it ! I estimated its speed at around 1500 miles per hour as it went out of sight. This instance took place at 8:30 PM in late October, in the dark of the evening. The UFO was a very bright white and changed to red as is sped away .

well it was at 3.30am me and my friend just went outside cause his family was just going. when I looked up at the farmhouse we both saw a huge massive it was in the shape of a 3D star that was milky color and had a domed roof, when I ran in to get the camera it was gone. This was in the country side.

I happen to know Mr T Fogl personally, while he was working for Pratt&Whitney. The whole story was told to me and the fact that the whole thing was a hoax seem to me plausible. I've seen the articles from most papers that he personally owned and the little coverage they (journalists) made of his correction. Maybe should have ask him how did he faked the photos? Very clever. You should also have seen pictures of his work while working for G.M. (England). A huge robot way back then, and a tank constructed while working in Longueuil. A really looking dangerous "Panzer". So good looking from close or far that he could have fooled anybody as to the nature of it (did you finish it Tad?). Remember that the Ottawa War museum would gladly take it...

I wanted to respond to gneil@mb.sympatico.ca> and her sighting with her boyfriend in December 1999. I came upon this site because I was searching sightings in the Gulf Breeze area of Florida around that date! I was traveling along the highway from Jacksonville to my boyfriend's family home in December 1999 late at night. I'm not sure of exact day or time. I saw a very large, silent circular object with multi colored lights underneath. It looked like a child's Simon Says game. In and between the lights were maybe tubing and around the circumference were white lights. It didn't seem to move and it's really hard for me to say the size or how close it was to us. We were moving and it seemed to be still. I only saw it for a few seconds. My boyfriend didn't see it. He just saw the look on my face. I was telling him to get us out of here. I was at once thrilled and scared. It was an incredible experience for me! I'm not sure what it was. That's what it looked like to me. I remember being so excited I told the people in Waffle House and his sister who greeted us at the door very late at night! I had never met her before but I was so excited about this I thought everyone should know! Now it seems like one of several real or supposed sightings. I know I drew it several times so I could remember what it looked like. A while after we came home I saw a Life magazine with UFO on the cover and I bought it. Inside were pictures through the last few decades of UFOs. One of them looked the closest to what I think I saw with the "Simon Says multi-colored lights underneath. That picture was taken in 1965! Anyway, I would like to know of anyone else that may have seen something similar around the same time period! Thanks asmith2020@netzero.net

Given: there are other species visiting Earth.
Why? The only theory that makes sense is that they want the same thing from Earth that we do: air, water and food. If these elements are as rare in the Universe as they are in our solar system, then Earth is a very valuable commodity. I suspect that Earth has been visited for millennia because of these gifts and that some visitors have taken an interest in our development from an anthropological perspective. The fact that sightings increased significantly following the development of the atomic bomb only underscores the importance of Earth's ecosystem in the Universe -- they want to make sure that we are not destroying our natural resources. I think the reason we rarely see UFO's is because most are situated over water. As for crop circles, it is obviously extra-terrestrial (unless you think Earth is capable of producing such art), but we will never be able to determine the purpose of the crop circles until we have contact with the aliens. Other than the assumptions that aliens need food, water and air as much as we do, we cannot know the alien mind. We don't know their intentions. We can't possibly empathize with them because we know nothing of their backgrounds. If nature holds true for aliens as well as for man, then we must assume that some aliens are benevolent and some are malicious. We must also assume that some individual aliens will exhibit self-control in dealings with mankind while other individual aliens will be motivated by greed or the desire for power (either on Earth or in some strange alien power struggle). In fact, we can't even assume that all aliens are "individual". Some aliens may not be capable of independent thought (think Borg). While we must assume that some aliens may have contacted our government officials, there is no reason to believe that all aliens would believe that contact with mankind is necessary. For some aliens, we may still be "Neanderthals." There would be no reason to interact with us; merely observing us might even be boring. The first monkey you see is interesting; the 500,000th monkey is not. And do we want interaction with them? Think Columbus. The arrival of Columbus changed the world for the Europeans but also began the destruction of the indigenous cultures in the Americas. We would be the ones welcoming the invaders. Why would we believe our culture would survive? Why would we believe that these aliens are any more ethically advanced than we? The indigenous cultures in the Americas welcomed the European explorers as gods, but they were not. Perhaps since we cannot get along with each other today is reason enough to delay interacting with the aliens for a while. I am personally interested in hearing about the "Nordic" aliens if anyone has information about them.

Well i'll be brief with my experiences as possible here, well i've always since very young i've known various types or different forms (changed shapes/electric blue hazy figures) Also what you call Nordic's among others. Lizard types to. I've only EVER once seen a craft in broad day light in nov/77 in the skies here in Brisbane/Aus (a huge cigar shape a football field in size) dark grey in color, no sound, then quickly vanished after watching it for about 30-40seconds I've always (some-how felt them to be close by many times and to this day. But when they mostly show themselves to me (is while i'am in a sleeping state in bed) or once sofa. I CAN-NOT say i've been abducted, tho i've had many journeys ''above and below'' a couple under water, and out in (well) space lol. Weather some believe or not does not bother me. As you First have to really experience before you can say bull-shit in other words okay. They have never given need to fear or scared me in any way. Tho each time i have these various experiences, i can't wait to the next time. I've once been on Mir Space Station (tho NOT in physical body form) like diverting this huge craft (another type but wasn't disc) but huge again. away from the station/well it seemed to me at the time that was the case here (not sure on that one) And another time i was in disc/craft about 30-40 feet across roughly. 2 nordic beings in it as well as myself, i was shown the Earth in the far distance the size of a grape fruit (from the craft window) I was on the far side of the Asteroid Belt, also watching the various size asteroids and shapes passing by us (from left to the right) floating like big pieces of polly stuff lol. 'So beautiful to see this and other sites'' I don't question while there, like i kinda already know. Another time i was on this Marble like structure plat-form (on my left was the huge giant staircase again in like marble, descending into space from this higher level. Then on my right was this again part in marle like again which went out to the right from this main plat form where i was standing (again not in physical form) on the inside of this main front form and one on the right (well was this disc hoovering back and forth)right upto the edge of main tho did'nt touch at all. I looked over to observe it, after looking at the s/case. When i looked for a short time and they knew i'd known they were there etc, well then it was over etc (woke up in morning remember in detail) Then again i've woken to find a triangle marking on the inside of my left arm (one morning) was'nt sore, tho it was like a palish lazer burn (about 1 centimetre in width at end base)^ it lasted for roughly several months before then quite quickly fading to nothing. with a small pea size lump in the mark under the skin. I've not tried to have it checked out etc, tho only taken a small pic myself of mark just prior to fading away.(this was 99 i recieved the marking) we had Roger Leir here in brisbane in Aug/ just gone 03. I wished i'd been able to still have it clearly on the arm to show him when here. but it was'nt so i did'nt bother to try and show (while he was on a short stay here for the Symposium) which i was not able to attend anyways. If there something still under the skin in the arm, well it has'nt harmed me that i'am aware of. There has been many things i could go on about, but these are a few i wanted to mention. I know they are not here to harm, but to help us and in other ways helping them as well. They have been around for as long as we all remember (put it that way) and longer. We ARE all connected to these beings more then we'll ever realise and them to many. I'am VERY thankful i've been given the experiences i've had so far, and looking very forward to my next. even tho they seem to just happen, when i don't exspect them. While in this physical body i sometimes do ask myself (why me and not other members of my family too)? They listen to what i tell them etc, but really they are trying just to understand where i'am coming from most times i'am sure. The 'Mark' even did'nt seem to make much difference to them either or (some friends) well i believe these journeys ARE very special for me. (for some reason)and it's nice to have someone to share them with (who May? understand) Thankyou for reading, and remember please don't fear if you have an opportunity to also observe and see these various beings and sights. UFO sighting on August 13,2003 at Presqu'ile Provincial Park neat town of Brighton, Ontario, Canada. I am by no means a UFO watcher, nor did I truly believe in them. After August 13th, I do now! During the evening, on a very clear night with a full moon at one end of the sky, at approximately 10:30-10:45 pm I noticed a very, very bright light which I assumed was coming off a trailer that was parked on high ground close to the lake, being lake Ontario. At this time of night everyone were in their trailers or tents and the night was very quiet. I was still up as I usually do, and my daughter 17 year old was reading in the car. The very bright light puzzled me, as I didn't know why a trailer needed to have such a bright light. So I walked closer to where I thought this light was, and realized it wasn't on a camper's trailer, but instead was coming from above the water. This light was so bright that it cast a shadow across the water. The light seemed much brighter than the moon was. Still puzzled as to what I was looking at, I started to think that perhaps there was an island with a searchlight or maybe it was from a tower somewhere. But it wasn't any of those, because looking across the water, having the night so clear, there wasn't anything on the water, such as a ship or tower. The light was so intense and large and round, not pure white, but with a orangy, yellow colour. The light stayed stationery for about 1 hour. There was a second smaller light with equal brilliance that would go above and to the larger light's left and the two lights would just stay stationery and shine for about 10-15 minutes. The bigger light would shut off it's light, then the little one would do the same. The bigger light turned it's light back on still in the same place and little light would move off to the left quite a distance and turn it's light off from time to time while moving. It would then stay stationery at the far left and right of the bigger light turning it's light off and on. When the little light got close the bigger intense light, it looked like the smaller light would go behind the bigger light and as it moved away from the bigger light you could see the contrail. This all lasted for about 1 hour. I summoned my daughter from the car to come and see these lights and she too was baffled by what she saw. I spoke to one couple and I believe there was another couple sitting and watching this, as well as a man that walked around following the smaller light. I wish I could have taken a picture to show but unfortunately we didn't have any film left. These two lights didn't make a sound at all, in fact the night was completely quiet and when these lights were finished they simply turned off their lights and disappeared. The next day southern Ontario and part of United States had the blackout. I checked the local newspaper for something written up on these lights and there was nothing but the blackout. Coincidence perhaps, or perhaps not. I'm afraid because had I not seen with my own eyes which double checked the next day for anything to explain what I saw, I wouldn't have believed it. I would think, had it been aircraft of some sort, I would think some shape or noise or movement from the bigger light, but there wasn't anything to explain it. So, I'm afraid that we are being watched regularly all over the world, why, I don't know. and no government is talking about it. I would think that just because they haven't invaded us yet doesn't mean they won't. I know it sounds very silly to say that, but like everything else, it takes a disaster before anyone will come forward and start talking about the possible threat. Another thing, why does everyone think that these creatures aren't intelligent. I think they are extremely intelligent if they can get away with "spying" on anyone and anywhere, whenever they want, observing us like rats. I will not think of them as friendly either, if I should have the experience of seeing them up close. So debunk this if you want as B.S., but let me tell you that every word of this is true. Thank you for letting me share this with other humans.

Your home page is well done, especially the graphics and art. I think that you should expand your site's scope by adding a few more topics. Your lists of groups and researchers are a very useful feature. A few groups such as MUFON Canada and MUFON Ontario have inactive sites, so clicking on them is useless. You should ask all who get on the list of researchers and groups to notify you if their site is no longer operative. It would save effort on your part and others who want to contact people and groups. Try sending a group e-mail to all the researchers and groups to ask them to let you know if their situation changes. Incidentally, you mentioned CUFORN, but CUFORN ceased operations in December 1999. As a result of the Internet's UFO sites news items, we no longer felt it worthwhile to continue publishing the CUFORN Bulletin. I have ceased research myself as I have no time to do it properly. I do retain an interest in the topic and send the odd e-mail. Anyway, keep up the good work. If you're in touch with Kevin Gariepy in Surrey, B.C. give him regards from myself and my wife Betty. Hello....very excited...1 am July 31st & 1am Aug. 1,2003 I saw UFO's. One was headed mostly NNW and it pulsed and got extremely bright...I thought at first it was a low plane because it was so bright and then it pulsed a bright light again and then got very small. It moved straight for a few seconds, then made a zigzag motion and promptly made a 90 degree turn and disappeared. Then the next night, Aug 1st, I went out at 1am to see if maybe it was a satellite but it didn't show up again....then just as I was about to go back into the house two UFO's , in tandem , flew south over me...At first I thought they were satellites...but then on veered to the left and then back into parallel formation...I don't think satellites do that:-)...it was very exciting. They were moving very, very quickly...just amazing. Thanks for letting me share. I just feel so lucky to have seen something so " out there"!!

He saw this light and he said to his friend "Hey look! We're keeping up with an airplane." But the airplane was going up and down so fast. They said it just went away. Ten, maybe fifteen minutes later, it came back and closer. When a rig went by the flying disk went away in a split sec.

Friday, July 04, 2003 at 09:46:57 (PDT): I'm 14 years old and I am one of many teenagers who think these crop circles are a prank created by some "Alien Wannabe's". Sure there is a huge possibility that some kind of Extra Terrestrial life form caused this, but there are certain complications with the design. If you look at the ariel pictures taken yesterday(7/3/03), the design is not exactly symmetrical and some of the smaller circles are not perfectly round. This formation can be made by simply using a rope 70ft long as the radius of a circle to make a circle with a diameter of 140ft using large boards and shortening the rope to make each circle a different size. I also think that the movie "Signs" has a lot of people over-reacting and scared about this extraordinary crop formation.
