I have observed an unusual aerial phenomenon.
It occurred one clear night in the last week
of December. It was about 6:30. I was star
gazing at the time when all of a sudden I saw
an object close to the northern horizon. It
was moving at tremendous speed for it covered
the whole sky in approximately 15 to 20
seconds. It was traveling from north to south
and was changing colours from red to blue to
yellow and it kept repeating this cycle. It
was obviously out of the earth's atmosphere
for there was no tail or glow. I am certain it
was not a plane or satellite because I know
what a satellite are[or?] aircraft lights look
like; l have to for I am a valid holder of a
Private Pilots Licence. I have never before
now reported this incident. I belong to no
other organization and I am not a ham operator
or any of the like.
