Large Brilliant Ball

(Privately reported by phone to me:)

Oct. 9th, 3:15 a.m, for 5 minutes, seen from Mr. and Mrs. Larrigan's house at 2376 Beach Drive, Victoria BC, Canada. Looking towards Mount Baker (USA), they saw an object going from east to west, then it veered north. It was a large brilliant ball, very high up. There was a small hum audible. They had heard similar hums before, and used to imagine that it was the noise of small craft with outboard motors plying the Straits, close to shore. But they believe now that this hum, which was identical, may indicate that they had previously heard UFOs passing overhead. It was a very clear night, with no wind. The white ball seemed smaller than the moon, was very luminous, and left no tail. It was going fast at a steady pace, without any zig-zag motion,

Mrs. Larrigan is acquainted with other people in this area who have seen UFOs; and she tells me that a meteorologist here is now firmly convinced (as I am, also that the numerous big black-outs in various parts of the world, including of course the New York etc. black-out, are definitely due to UFO activity and to nothing else. Of course, it is still unfashionable to make such statements in public; but possibly it may transpire sooner or later that this is the correct interpretation of the black-outs.
