Turned On Very Strong Spotlight

Near Kwinitsa Creek, BC - August, 1966

20/6/77 phone-in show (CBC Edmonton), man phoned in (name unknown). Said in Sept. 1966 (on Friday night) half way between Terrace and Prince Rupert, B.C. he and others observed U.F.O, about 11:50 p.m.. It had been raining. Saw light while driving car on main highway. Stopped car to get better view. Glowing, disc-shaped object, 25-28° above horizon, estimated 2 miles away, by mountains, hovering. They were working on hydro project at time. Estimated 28-32 feet in diameter at time. Red light on back of it. Moved up and down slowly, but also thought it might in fact be rotating and tilted to give impression of up and down motion. Turned on very strong spotlight - like magnesium light. "Search light" light went out, then glow from object. Went east. Observed for 20 minutes.

4 hours later another man also observed a strange light in sky and lights on water.
