Whitehorse, Y.T. (CP) – A number of Whitehorse
residents reported sighting a bright object in
the sky northeast of the city early Tuesday.
Observers said the object travelled northward,
then stopped, and finally appeared to head south
at increased altitude before disappearing about
1 a.m. Yukon daylight time.
The local meteorological office said it could
not identify the object.
