    Brilliant elliptical object, size of fifty cent piece while viewed in theodolite. Moved rapidly.

    Info in initial and subsequent report is too general to allow a valid conclusion. It is possible that object was a high flying a/c at an altitude where a ground observer could not determine the shape, and in such a position that all that could be seen was a bright spot. Due to the absence of more detailed info, this report is categorized as insufficient data.
