My name is
Megan …. and almost 10 years ago I had a UFO experience.
Graham Conway investigated it probably about a year or
two later, interviewing both myself and my mom. I'll
just briefly describe what happened. It happened on the
night of Monday, January 8th, 1996. I was 9 years old at
the time and in the process of digging out a mound of
snow (to make an igloo) in my side-yard when I heard
what sounded like either an airplane or a helicopter. I
backed out of the igloo and looked up. At first I didn't
see anything, but then a disk slowly rose above the
height of my neighbours' trees, proceeded to fly over
the trees and, once it had cleared them, lowered itself
back down to its original height. It then came toward me
and slowly passed directly over my head. On the bottom
were 3 lights that formed an equilateral triangle; one
red, one white, and one blue. It continued past me and
went behind my house out of sight. I went back to
working on the igloo for another 5 to 10 minutes before
my mom called me in for dinner. I told her I had seen a
UFO and that it was probably still in the backyard. She
ran to the back window and saw it was still there. We
continued to watch it from an upstairs window for the
next 4-5 hours as it gradually moved higher and farther
away.
I didn't realize it at the time, but based on logic
there is a possibility, or should I say a probability,
that I experienced approximately an hour of missing
time. I distinctly remember seeing the dark shape of the
disk against significantly lighter sky behind it. On a
night in early January this probably would have occurred
around 4:30 or so. When my mom called me in for dinner,
it was somewhere between 5:30 and 6:00.
My
reason for contacting you is because I want to undergo
hypnotic regression. I was wondering if you know of, or
could put me in contact with, a hypnotherapist who is
open to the paranormal side of life and possibly has
previous experience with abductees. Thank you for your
