Three residents of Pelly Crossing and a Whitepass truck driver spotted a small white light moving in the sky. They watched it slowly zigzag across the sky and at one point it appeared to emit some sort of gas which appeared as a red glow. It then repeated this a second and a third time forming an equilateral triangle of three red glowing gaseous clouds as shown in the graphic below. The gaseous clouds dissipated or faded slowly in the order in which they appeared. Each gaseous cloud was visible for more than a minute. The white object continued to slowly zigzag across the sky, "kind of just wondering about" and eventually disappeared over the horizon. The witnesses were located between the Band Office and the Village powerhouse and the sighting lasted about half an hour. - M.J.
