Monday, August 31, 1998 at 18:49:05 (GMT): sighted a light come up behind a jet flying toward o hare airport in Chicago . I was hunting just east of Joliet Ill. in Dec. 1966. I watched it for about 1 minute. It approached the plane from the east followed it and then broke off and went striaght north. There was 6 of us that watched that object till it vanished heading north at a high rate of speed . Anyone that may have heard of this sighting, let me here from you.

Thursday, August 27, 1998 at 12:29:55 (GMT): As a UFO researcher it is interesting to find and read all different material on this vast subject. The more information that is out there, the more likely that the truth will eventually set the skeptics free from their blindness of sight and thought.

I would like to hear from anyone in this area with these interests and others of a paranormal nature. Enjoy the site, would appreciate more pics and video clips.

Wednesday, August 26, 1998 at 00:46:36 (GMT): I have recently visited your planet, and it is very much to our liking. We have been visiting for many eons and very much wish to reveal ourselfs to the world. However, we been told be the CIA and the National Security Administration not to do so, for fear of religous reprisal. Maybe when governments of the Earth begin to make peace and not war will we unleash our science and technology for the benefit of all mankind.

Tuesday, August 25, 1998 at 07:12:42 (GMT): I am MUFON's Provincial Section Director for Sudbury, Ontario, and I have had 12 separate sightings of UFOs since 1974, when I was nine-years-old. I know people in the mining industry who have had very Close Encounters of the First Kind (and some Third Kind). I, myself, have only seen the "vehicles", but not the occupants. An uncle of mine who recently passed away had seen two small (2½ feet tall) beings standing in the snow, next to a 2-meter- diameter ball of fire (their vehicle) in 1980. My expertise lies in researching newspaper archives for UFO clippings in five Northern Ontario papers. With the help of my colleague Todd Fraser, I've been able to purchase microfilm reels from the National Archives. We've also interviewed many eyewitnesses, including some that have seen UFOs while in our presence. People can say or "believe" whatever they want. But I know for a fact that with UFOs, it is not a question of belief. Just look at the facts and the physical evidence. You either know they are real or you don't, period! There is no middle ground. When are we going to wake up and realize that we're just babies in a cradle?! Only now, are we opening our eyes to the "mysteries" that lie beyond this world of ours!

Monday, August 24, 1998 at 18:29:16 (GMT): Living in the Southwest, I have only heard of one potential sighting. It was about 3 years ago. A friend of mine told me of a blueish light streaking by the car overhead, while they were returning from Idelweil, CA.. I'll keep watching the skys for unique happenings. I keep hoping to see something amazingly different.

A curious skywatcher.

Sunday, August 16, 1998 at 01:14:30 (GMT): Well. I came to check the Prince George pictures. Of course! It's exciting, doncha know that? Anyway, the site's great. What do I believe, personally? It's almost certain that there are other intelligent civilizations in the Universe, seeing as it's so BIG!!! However, it's because the Universe is so big that the chances of a legitimate, believable (to the skeptics) meeting with any of them is close to nil. Unfortunately. Anyway, like I said, it's a great site.

Joe Doe <joey_dunlop@hotmail.com>, Dublin, Ireland

Wednesday, August 12, 1998 at 02:49:37 (GMT): One of the main reasons the governments of the USA, Canada,Great Britain, ect., refuse to acknowledge the UFO's and other such is that the beings have given the World governments a time table to inform the general public of their presence. But the governments are trying to build the same energy craft ships prior to the given deadline. In this way they will be able to keep the other-world and inner-world beings away from the earth planet (they hope) and continue to fool and lead the masses toward continual slavery although few in the western countries feel as though we are slaves?

Friday, July 31, 1998 at 15:52:50 (GMT): I think this site is great. I have always been interested in UFOs. Thursday, July 30, 1998 at 04:21:25 (GMT): Your report about crop-circles proves nothing other than that you don't think very well. There are thousands of people who love doing things like crop-circles, or putting fancy art on water-towers and walls. Geolocators do not cost all that much and nightvision can be bought for $350. When I see circles two feet deep in solid granite I will take note THEN.

greypilot, Denver, USA

UFO*BC replies: (1) The article in question was a critical review about a televised special. The TV special was misleading, not giving a balanced presentation of the current state of understanding of this phenomenon. (2) There is no disputing that some crop circles are man-made fakes; this has been proven beyond doubt. (3) The argument that all crop circles are man-made because some are man-made is not a reasonable deduction; equally, of course, it cannot be argued that crop circles are of extra-terrestrial origin simply because they have no known terrestrial cause. (4) Serious researchers investigate each crop circle formation and consider each on it's own merits. Considerable time and effort is given to carefully examining and weighing up all the evidence (it is through such work that fakes have been proven). (5) "When I see circles two feet deep in solid granite I will take note THEN": By virtue of it's molten formation, natural (and terrestrially formed) circular structures within granite are quite common!. (6) UFO*BC encourages everyone to consider the observed phenomena with open, enquiring minds, respectful of all the facts and dismissive of heresay and unsubstantiated comment. (7) If this "proves nothing other than ... (we) don't think very well" then we are clearly of a different world; if so, ET case proven!.

Wednesday, July 22, 1998 at 18:41:33 (GMT): I had a sighting about 18/19 years ago in Windsor,Ont. My friend & I called the Windsor Airport ,who called Detroit Airport, who called Sufright Military Base, they conld tell us what it wasn't but no one would say what they were, Dar & I could see only one but 3 &4 were coming up on the radar screens. It was xmas tree shaped & seemed to change shape sometimes, & flashing colors, we watched it for several hours before it darted straight up skyward until it disappeared. It was offically listed as a 'UFO". Back then you didn't tell to many people because you were pegged crazy or a drunk, I am neither! Nice to able to share my sighting with others now. Enjoy your site. D.D.

Monday, July 20, 1998 at 06:00:19 (GMT): Did anyone see what I saw Friday night at about 1045pm. At a home in Westbank on the west side of okanagan lake. I was looking east into the sky looking for whatever could be seen. I did see two satellites one going east and one going north. I was looking just about straight up, maybe about 75-80 degrees. Then along ways up in the night sky and I mean along ways up a sudden flash of white light lasting about 2-3 seconds. Then about 30-45 seconds later another flash bright white and then it was gone. This flash of light was large in size bright in the middle and going out in a circle. If anyone has an answer please answer to davidpat@wkpowerlink.com
Thanks

UFO*BC replies: There is a possibility that you were observing one or more of the "Iridium" network of satellites. Iridium is a very large project whose major investor is Motorola. The program involves launching approximately sixty satellites in low earth orbit. The solar panels are extremely reflective and reflect a narrow beam of light as they move rapidly in their orbits. When they are seen they are described as producing a flash of several seconds in duration. For further information visit http://www2.satellite.eu.org/sat/vsohp/iridium.html

It was a light reflection about 1k over Seymour @ 10:00pm in August. I observed it for about 3 min. doing zig zag & triangle patterns then it shot straight up. Haven't seen anything for 13 years but I'm still looking. One a recent trip to Costa Rica I checked into the Chupacabra, everyone's heard about it but no sightings. Thanks again I'll be back soon.

Thursday, June 11, 1998 at 03:01:53 (GMT): I have seen aliens using a teleportation device that would transport them from one place to another. This same device (it looked something like a fishing reel) would make them invisible while they entered your home. If someone else has had the same experience, please write your experience. I will try to contact you. I constantly read these articles.

I have been and will always inquire about alien activity and UFO's, because I am so fascinated about the whole sugject. I only wish to see one in my life time and hopefully I will have a camera on me at that time.

Monday, May 25, 1998 at 03:05:00 (GMT): I lived for many years at 12442 66 ave., Surrey, BC.
In all the years there I never once saw any UFO's. Many stange dreams, I still remember them. That main power line was just to the east of the house. Could that have been the source of the dreams?

David Carter <dcarter@wkpowerlink.com>, Kelowna, BC, Canada

UFO*BC replies: The brain can be influenced by magnetic fields, particularly low frequency magnetic fields near power lines. Michael Persinger has researched the phenomena extensively. Modern day living results in most of us being continuously subjected to man made electromagnetic radiation to a greater or lesser extent. Of course, not everyone has recurring strange dreams and of those that do, many don't live next to power lines.

Wednesday, May 13, 1998 at 07:29:50 (GMT): Loved the articles on the Surrey Corridor, really makes me think what those things are up to and what their agenda is. I was amazed to read that my home town is a place where many sightings are reported, I've lived here all my life and never seen anything. But if I do, you'll be the first to know!
